Feverfew Tincture 1oz
One of its most common benefits is the ability to reduce the frequency and severity of recurring headaches, such as migraines.
Feverfew has gained a good reputation as a medicinal herb and extensive research has proved it to be of special benefit in the treatment of certain types of migraine headaches and rheumatism.
Feverfew tincture may also be beneficial in treating other conditions and has shown potential benefits in the treatment of mild depression, nerve pain due to sciatica, hay fever and arthritis symptoms.
Suggestions to use:
I recommend using 30 drops of feverfew tincture up to three times daily. Add tincture to a cup of hot tea, juice or water. For external use, add about 30 drops to half a cup of distilled water and apply directly to the skin for pain relief.

Peppermint is used to calm a queasy stomach and is good for nausea and vomiting, and it is useful for calming the lower bowel and helpful in relieving diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome.
